About Me

Molley“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” That’s one of my favorite sayings.

My name is Molly and I can honestly say that the day I decided to try something new, something a little scary my life changed. Welcome to my website! I am so happy to connect with you.

Three words to best describe me are energetic, positive and motivating. I am one of nine kids. I am married to my high school sweetheart and I have been blessed with two awesome kids. I love to laugh, spend time with my family, workout and I absolutely love helping others. Although I majored in sociology in college, my true passion is reaching out people, to help them overcome their struggles, to believe in themselves, to commit to making positive changes in their lives and to reach their true potential.

Many people who write to me are hoping to lose a some weight, to eat better, to regain their energy and just feel more alive;fulfilled. They are often trying to fit everything into their chaotic schedules- to have more time with their kids and significant others, time for their jobs, time for themselves and time planning for their futures. I am excited when I can help them by sharing what I have done, what has worked for me and what is possible for them.

I love it when someone who once dreaded working out, learns to look forward to fitness. It’s the best when I get to witness their transformation of increased confidence, energy and overall happiness. It’s pretty cool how as our health improves, so do our lives. I have worked with people who are able to get off medications that they have been taking for years and others who have never made themselves a priority. I get to witness their change as they finally have the energy to play with their kids, to work on themselves, to have better relationships, to work on themselves and build a better future.

We are all busy. I totally get it. I’m a mom of two busy kids. When we are trying to do it all, as we all tend to do, our health can get lost in the shuffle. Thankfully I have learned how to balance family, work and health and more exciting, I have learned how to motivate and encourage others to do the same.

I was not always a super-happy motivated fitness lover. When my kids were young, I felt like i had lost a part of me. I felt the usual exhaustion as a mom with less sleep, less energy and zero time for me. Not to mention that I had gained 65 pounds with each of my pregnancies. I had worked in an office for years, and was trying to hold everything together. I won’t lie-at times it sometimes felt impossible, frustrating and overwhelming. Sometimes I just wanted to give in and give up. Many people I knew, especially women, were going through the same thing.

Molly & ChaleanI always wanted to be a stay at home mom, that was what my husband and I set as our top priority. I will be honest and tell you that money was tight as we stuck to our guns and did all we could to make it all work. To get the baby weight off I took walks pushing my pink baby jogger and tried several different fitness videos. At last I was lucky to find and fall in love with the workout program called Turbo Jam when my second child was little. Turbo Jam’s trainer Chalene Johnson motivated me everyday to push play and to give my all while having a blast burning calories. I noticed the baby weight coming off and as a result I noticed my confidence and zest for life finally coming back. I remember waking up at 5am to get my workout in or sneaking it in during the baby’s nap time. But I did it because I knew how good it made me feel. I so badly wanted to shout from the rooftops how awesome I felt and how Turbo Jam and fitness in general was changing my life!!! Because of finding Turbo Jam, which I love to call my “soulmate workout” I came to realize that fitness isn’t just about physical changes but that it made me a better mom, wife and friend. As a result, i was happier, healthier, more patient, more energized, more loving and ultimately more fulfilled. Because of fitness I was able to get back to a size 4, feel awesome and find ME again. And for a mom that had at times struggled with a bit of “baby blues” or postpartum depression, fitness in many ways saved me! I was able to believe in myself more and finally think about my dreams and the potential I had. I regained my confidence realized that I could offer help others. I discovered what was important to me, what gave me energy and what I wanted for my future. I wanted to tell everyone that this could help them too. I just wished there was a way to do it as a job so I could “pay it forward” in a sense so others could experience the same happiness and change I felt.

Flash forward three years later- I had the exciting opportunity to audition for Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Fire fitness DVD’s and to my surprise, I was selected! I had a blast being a part of it along with the rest of the great cast and the amazing Chalene Johnson, my mentor. One of the best parts about being in the Turbo Fire videos is that I get to workout with people all over the country- maybe even you!

Around this same time, a friend of mine recommended that I join her and become a Beachbody coach. I couldn’t believe how perfectly being a Beachbody Coach fit perfectly inline with my goals of reaching out to people and sharing my love of fitness to help inspire them to live happier and healthier lives- all while staying true to my top priority. There was finally a way for me to share my passion with others and make a living doing it was an amazing bonus! ( especially as a stay at home mom) As a coach I am able to connect with people all over the country and Canada -to help them discover the things I have found to be helpful and share how they can apply it to their lives too.

As a coach, I love to recommend the best workouts and nutrition choices to people reach their goals & personalities. I love being able to share my story like I am with you now so to inspire you & others to go for it; to join me on this awesome journey as a coach and to make a difference in your life, their lives and the lives of many others. I have met so many wonderful people who are now part of my team- they truly feel like family to me. I am blessed to mentor them and work with them and watch them succeed in so many aspects. They are moms, dads, bankers, students, nurses, teachers, hair dressers-you name it. We are all individuals who have our own goals, dreams and stories and as coaches we get to pay it forward. As coaches we don’t have to have special degrees or certifications-but what we do need is the desire to help people and make a positive change in others as well as ourselves.

I am incredibly thankful to Chalene Johnson for creating such fun, effective fitness programs like Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. They helped me get my body back after babies. I am also so thankful for all Beachbody’s awesome programs and products I have tried since like P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift & Shakeology. And I am truly thankful that my friend recommended the coaching opportunity to me because it was that missing piece in my life that I longed for. I knew I wanted to do a little more than just be mom and wife. I wanted to do something part time that made me feel proud, fulfilled and accomplished- but I didn’t want to be gone all day or spend time on the freeway commuting. I love that I am able to be a coach according to my schedule and all from home. My family still remains my top priority which is so awesome and Beachbody is all about family and balance! I still get to take my kids to school and home each day and be there to help them with homework. Doing the things I love to do; the things that are important to me has made all the difference.
